Delete your data

You can ask PixMuse℠ to delete everything we hold about you: your account and profile, reference photos, generated images and videos, saved prompts, and subscription records (payment receipts are kept only as long as tax law requires).

If you have a PixMuse account

1. Sign in at pixmuse.art.
2. Open Settings → Privacy & consent and choose Delete.
3. Choose Request data deletion and confirm.

Without signing in

Email support@pixmuse.art with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address on your account, or use the support form (topic: Account & Security).

Facebook

If you connected PixMuse to Facebook, you can also remove the app in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then choose “Send request” to delete your data. You'll get a confirmation code you can check on this page.

We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days. Read more in our Privacy Policy and Data, Consent & Deletion Policy.
